Invite user groups to private links
I have a lot of stakeholders that need access to any given prototype. I'd like to be able to invite a user group to a private prototype so I don't have to manage individual users on a single link.
With the most recent version of XD, you can now use enterprise-defined groups for private links and document sharing.

Thanks @elaine, that's sound great. Could you please publish a little more information about how to setup such sharing features? Thanks and regards.

This feature should be extended to groups for collaboration on a prototype where designers can all access and modify a cloud document - but the group can be managed rather than needing to invite each designer.

Instead of sharing files, being able to :
- create groups of users
- create shared folders based on those groupsMandatory to smooth the XD process.

This seems to be a duplicate of https://adobexd.uservoice.com/forums/353007-adobe-xd-feature-requests/suggestions/35855122-invite-user-groups-to-private-links.

I'm currently experiencing some trouble to share my prototypes and specs to multiple stakeholders. Now i have to add them one by one.
A feature to share it with a group of people, which I can manage separately, would be nice.
F.ex.
- share the specs with the 'R&D team' group
- share the prototype with the 'R&D team' group and the 'Product team' group. This way, I won't forget anyone and it will speed up sharing a lot in my use case.

Hi Rob,
Thank you for submitting your request to us. We have heard about this in the past and I agree with you that being able to create a group of people to share prototypes is a lot easier to manage.
Please note that we have added this into our backlog and will work on it based on the prioritisation and number votes for this request.
Best!
