LottieFiles in design and prototypes
Possibilities of use lottiefiles (json files) on design and prototype modes with micro interactions and animations.
I’m excited to share that importing Lottie JSON is now supported in XD 45 (released on 10/26). You can drag and drop Lottie JSON directly into the canvas and control when it plays back or whether it loops. In addition, we have partnered with the LottieFiles team and are also introducing a plugin to find Lottie animations more easily. Go get it!

I just wanted to shed some light on some the dope stuff that is happening in the animation industry which is the Lottie Animations. These Lottie files have taken the beauty of UI to a next level.
Considering that Adobe xD is one of the best UI design tools out there. I think there should be support for including these files.
Its a powerful feature please approve development.

This will take some life from After effects. But it will be good to have it.

This needs to be a thing!

YEs!!! Please make this happen. I love After Effects, but XD seems a lot easier for quick icon animations, etc.
Omg! I love this idea! I would just sit all day long and do my super cute json animations ^^
Would love to see this. Lottie works well with Axure when loaded as a plugin. Create a box, right click 'use as Lottie frame' then paste in a link to a Lottie JSON file. Trying to build a prototype 'tutorial app' which demos instructions vastly aided by animations and keep having to fall back on Axure when I'd love to do all this in XD. Would also work for microinteractions.

FYI, maybe this can be a plug in? example: https://store.framer.com/package/airbnb/lottie
Lottie integration for auto animate feature, so it can be sent in as json files to developers
