Adjust line spacing between individual lines in area text
Currently if I want to change the leading between sentences in a text box, the change effects the entire text box. I would like to have the same functionality as Ai,Id, etc; by having the ability to change leading for individual sentences or to be able to separate a new paragraph from the last.

Basically we are asking for this to work like EVERY OTHER ADOBE PRODUCT.
Why is the typography in XD so screwed up?

same as "Paragraph spacing / Soft Returns"
solved by honouring soft carriage returns (shift+return) inside a text block -

How does this functionality still not exist? So basic but it's the one thing stopping me from properly adopting XD. Please fix the character styles so that they honour line spacing settings or add paragraph styles to deal with this. I'm baffled.

By far my most infuriating missing feature of XD so far. Get this added please.

this is essential to quick mockups, otherwise you end up with dozens of individual text boxes to allow for different styling!

I would love for this to be added! When designing web pages I'd like to be able to have the title of an article in the same text box as the body copy. This would allow me to easily resize one text box and not have text either get cut off or break to many times and end up on top of other copy.
I've attached a screenshot showing how I've been setting type with different text boxes, and one showing the issue not being able to have different line heights in one text box creates.
Keep up the great work with XD though. I definitely don't miss trying to mock up this type of stuff in Photoshop or Illustrator. :)

The height of text in XD doesn't match to the height of the same text in Android.
(see the attached images)So it is very inconvenient to create desing for Android since we cannot simply use same margins both in XD and in Android. When we creating an Android layout, we should always remember that in Android we need to use smaller margins than we use in XD.
I guess the same problem refers to iOS devices too.
I see the only solution:
Designers should be able to specify the text line-height explicitly.Unfortunatelly, at the moment it is not possible to adjust the line-height of a single-line-text in XD.
So first of all, it would be great to fix this issue:
https://adobexd.uservoice.com/forums/353007-adobe-xd-feature-requests/suggestions/33483589-line-height-adjust-height-of-point-text-box
(Line height adjust height of point text-box)When we adjust the text line-height it should adjust the text-box as well.
Secondly, the text should remain centered within the text-box.
