I’ve tweaked the title so it covers only exporting animation to GIF format. This will help keep our feature list fine-grained so we can get a better picture of which are the most important.

For the other formats that were originally mentioned here:

Probably #1 feature I need right now is export animated gif.

Photoshop video to gif is a work-around, but would really like to export from XD.

The fact to can export our prototype in animated GIF is really missing... It would allow people who don't know how to use Adobe After Effect to showcase properly their work (on Behance, Dribbble, clients...). The easy way and faster way to do it would be from Adobe XD.

I am looking to export GIFs. Few UI/ micro animations are of only 5 to 8 seconds if we can save those as gifs instead of mp4 that will be fast and easy to showcase to our client and in the portfolio.

    Have a look

I used Adobe XD to create animation and Adobe Photoshop to create gifs, this is increasing our design process.

    Thanks,

It will be better if XD can export the prototype in GIF. i mean we don't have to use third party plugin xd will be there to export the prototype in GIF

after recording and save my video, it was mp4 and I couldn't change it. I'd like it saved as mov. How could I save it as mov?
