Design with Data
I remember, I have seen this presentation at Adobe MAX 2015. Where we can use dummy / Sample data for content such as Name, city, country etc (Please also think to add lorem ipsum dummy paragraph if possible).
I would love to know, is there any plan to integrate that concept in near future. Its a really great functionality and time consuming important feature for us.

We think you’re going to really, really dig the plugin integrations we’re making available later this year :)

I love the drag text feature you created. It works great for a pre-existing text file. However, now my mind goes wild and would like to see auto text placed as temporary text for prototype demos. Similar to the way Craft did in Sketch.

Hi,
Thanks for your amazing works.
If you can support drag text right from browser or other context, it would be more powerful! -

Would like to see if dynamic data can be picked from live websites, excel sheets in design mode. Crafts by invision has a plugin which can do this along with other features.

Able to import a simple CSV file (locally) would be huge. I work with mostly SAsS design and projects. Having "realistic" numbers in mocks makes a big difference on both understanding and presenting the design.

Adding this to XD will definitely give them a strong push forward comparing with Craft, Sketch, or any other tool.
Let's move forward with this ... I want to quit photoshop and invisionapp. So help me to do that by adding this feature ASAP.

I'm especially interested in this feature as it is crucial to my flow. The ability to customize json data sets and randomize the data to account for both mins & max views inside of a design flow is essential to creating scalable interaction designs.

The ability to use data sources in table UI representations would set XD apart from its peers in an amazing way. xls, json, csv, any data formats would be a life saver for us UX designers in the web application space. charts and data visualizations would also be a super benefit. Most dashboards and applications require some sort of data visualization.

This was one of the defining reasons I'll move to use XD. The ability to save time by pulling data from spreadsheets/existing sites could really reduce the time spent mocking up our sites. Really stoked for this if its still on the roadmap.

+1 to this ⤴ idea - all the more important now to keep Xd up to speed with things like InVision's Craft - http://www.invisionapp.com/craft
