1. Trial version in Pakistan

   Hi Team,
   I am from Pakistan and wanted to use the Adobe XD Starter Plan for my course on Coursera. Since the starter plan is free I wanted to use that but when I tried to install it, it kept telling me that it isn't available in my Region, Pakistan and that I should buy it from Resellers. The problem is the resellers don't sell the free starter plan and so I am stuck now. The free plans and trial versions should be available directly from the website for all of us. I hope I am making sense to you. Also, what would it take to add Pakistan to your approved regions?

2. Button to add UI kits on behance

   Please add a button on Behance when chpoosing to add a UI kit to your library.

   Users are logged in anyhow, so why not a short and simple way to add a UI kit to a library instead of having to load it in an application and then publishing it to your own library.

3. Open recent panel should display cloud document indicator

   When I click file- open recent, I can see a lot of list names without they are cloud or local, that's not convinent

4. Feedback - New Features

   Do you intend to release a massive XD update or are you going to stick with the current model? Because honestly, I have the impression that the app has stopped in time, while Figma is light years ahead.

   There is literally no way not to compare the tools and be amazed at the delay of XD, while Figma has several useful functions and new ones that appear over time, an excellent Whiteboard, a huge and active community, XD still has bugs in the interface and the updates that arrive are not impressive at all, it does not have a community area and the closest thing to that is the area dedicated to plugins.

   The tool is simply not interesting to use anymore, besides the fact that it is not at all inviting to new users, while Figma can simply be used in the browser or downloaded quickly, XD can only be downloaded after the user has installed Creative Cloud and inserting a credit card, that's ridiculous, it's a strategy that drives users away, especially if they just want to use XD, in addition to the link limit, something that gets in the way even more, since they could simply charge for more cloud storage and an environment for teams, like other applications do.

   I honestly prefer XD and would not want to have to abandon this tool, but Figma is currently much more useful, I literally come every month to this site to check requests for XD, several of them have been in the BackLog for a long time and even today have not been implemented.

   App updates always arrive, but nothing useful like Dark Mode, Tidy Up, Smart Selection, more text formatting modes, adjusting borders individually, adding multiple effects to a single element, flexible scrolling list, integration with services like Google Fonts, a dedicated Whiteboard like FigJam and so on. I don't know what's going on, but for me XD is no longer an option.

   I hope they improve the tool as soon as possible and put an end to this ridiculous business model, a simpler approach like Figma's is much more efficient. For a company that is a reference in the market like Adobe, this is a very amateur error, especially now that we have clear indications of a new business model that is spreading, the Collaborative Economy, several services have demonstrated that this works and Figma too , but Adobe still hasn't caught on.

7. Change keyboard shortcut to launch into plugin safe mode

   It is very demented to disable plugins when starting with the shift key pressed. I click 2x on XD before the file opens, switch back and start selecting files in a completely different program using shift select. The XD application reports me that it has turned off plugins. How many times a year do I need to turn off plugins that it's mapped to the shift key across the system?

8. Support for "Quit and Keep Windows" feature in macOS

   macOS has a feature whereby when you close an app you can choose to "Quit and Keep Windows" if you hold down Alt + Cmd + Q. This makes it quicker and easier to resume working on multiple files.

   Currently, Adobe XD doesn't appear to support this feature, as it ignores this command even though the application UI includes it. (Click the XD menu and hold down Alt).

   Note: the default preference for this behavior is controlled in macOS System Preferences, under General > Close windows when quitting an app. So if you have this unchecked, the Alt + Cmd + Q command becomes "Quit and Close All Windows", i.e. the opposite behavior.

9. Do not clutter recents with templates that are not relevant or recent

   I'm not sure why this stuff started showing up - but it's irritating to have your recent files cluttered up with stuff that is completely irrelevant, not created by me and is not recent. When looking to open a file (and get work done quickly) I don't want to have to sort through a bunch of Adobe junk to do it. I'm sure tarting templates are nice for people who are starting out and are designing solutions like those presented but is just noise for people are not. please move this stuff to some other area of the applications like a templates area or make it optional to see. I would expect recents to be recent files I have opened not hardcoded designs that are irrelevant to me/my team.

10. Option to control how often a design file autosaves to the cloud

    When working on a cloud document, XD frequently autosaves which is great however, when working on a shared internet connection this causes issues. Each time XD autosaves ( which can be pretty constantly ) it effectively kills our internet for other users. It would be great to be able to turn Autosave off or control how frequently it occurs.

11. Copy error message to clipboard

    I'm designing a intricate web application. Somewhere along the line, I've crossed posted elements leading to an error message.
    The problem is, the message is long, doesn't appear to fit in the error field, and I can't read it before it disappears.
    I've noticed other applications that allow you to click a copy button which puts the. messages content on your clipboard. Then you can paste it into a text app to read the entire message.
    As it is, any error messages of any length are pretty much useless.
    The first attachment, Screen Shot 2022-02-23 at 9.46.28 AM.png, shows the message I'm discussing. It's obvious the entire message isn't displayed.
    The second, copyToClip.png, is a suggestion

12. Display file path of an open XD document

    A quick way to establish the file path of an open XD file. Other Adobe software (the image example is InDesign) have a way of discovering the file path from the open file, ie Command click the open document's file name and it drops a window down listing the 'path' right down to the home folder.
    I often have multiple windows open and a quick confirmation of exactly where my active file lives would be very time saving.

13. End Playback of Lottie & Video on last frame

    When using a Lottie animation or Video, (without looping), the animation/video plays once and then stops on first frame... (for many animation this frame is 'empty' or 'blank').

    This causes animation to play once and then disappear ... or appear like it glitches to different frame.

    Could we please finish/ end playback on the last frame of animation or video, to achieve a freeze frame effect.

15. Have an option to select only the main component in assets panel

    Please have the option to only select the main component whenever I use the "Reveal Component in Assets" I have a lot of Nested Components so if I use "Reveal Component in Assets" it selects all the other components that are also nested on the I have selected component. We should have two options for this

16. Do not include animated carousels in start screen

    WCAG accessibility standards prescribe that animated elements that cannot be paused by the user and which run for more than 5s break the guidelines. You have a carousel in the startup screen - it'd be great if you followed the basic A requirement set out at https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG21/#pause-stop-hide

17. Transfer design system from one account to another

    With the current specifications, if the component file owner's account expires,
    There is no way to maintain a relationship with the shared instance file.
    The above is a big problem when handing over to a third party.

    Create a component and an instance in the same document and
    You can save it locally, but
    It is not realistic because the data will be recreated.

18. Quickly see and swap local document assets and CC library assets, individually and in bulk

    I would LOVE a way to distinguish if a component is a document asset vs a linked CC library asset and swap them quickly, both individually and in bulk. Let me explain my use case for you: I had a designer create some components and screens in a separate file (bc the cloud file kept crashing) and I thought there would be an easy way to merge the files later, but turns out, I've spent HOURS fixes this. I copied/pasted the local assets from her file into the library, then individually clicked "Edit Main Component" then had to open the screens she made and copy them into my file and "replace" each asset with the library component so they would be linked to the library. I expected the naming convention to recognize it buuuttt it did not so now I have TONS of document assets and library assets and no way to clearly understand what is what in my new file. I saved ZERO TIME and am incredibly frustrated with how SLOW the library file is and just how painstakingly difficult this entire process has been. There really needs to be a better way. Designers don't always have time to design components and then link them to a file, we should be able to design in a file and copy them into a library without having to spend enormous amounts of time on this - defeats the whole purpose of "cloud files" because the cloud file crashed 1 million times, it was soooooo slow, and now going backwards is equally as painful and exhausting and frustrating and makes me want to go back to sketch!

19. Enable payment with visa and paypal in D.R.Congo

    XD is the tool of choice for me and my team but we are not able to pay for the tool, sometimes we are obliged to use other tools because the payment can’t go through and there are no resellers in the region

20. Click & Drag files on adobe cloud to folders

    Love the ability to organize files and assets on adobe cloud servers. One improvement I'd love to see in regards to file organization is the ability to easily drag and drop files into folders, rather than having to select each individual file and then select the folder to move it to. ( specifically in Adobe XD "your files" tab )
