Enable older XD versions to view cloud documents saved with a newer version
Allow user to view (even if they can't edit) a cloud document saved with a newer version of XD than the accessing user is running.

Remove captcha for password managers
I use a password manager (LastPass, Bit Warden, etc) to auto fill organization-required passwords for prototypes. Recently this has been causing a visual captcha for every view of the prototype in the browser. Clearly not needed.
Using a password manager (copy and pasting email) does not imply spamming tactics.

Option "Open in XD" on Creative Cloud Web
I want to be able to set a shortcut in Google Drive (or any explorer) to edit directly in Xd a file stored in CC.
I've found how to get a shortcut via CC Web, but once i'm on the file, i can't simply "Open with Xd"
I can download the file, sure, but that would create a copy, it wouldn't edit the original file. that's why the option "Open With" would be very useful.
It's a pain to manage 2 file managers, one for spec docs and one for mockups, that would easily connect both.

Zoom user interface for bigger screens (e.g. 4K)
Hi,
thanks for constantly improving xd, we love it!
Here's another feature request: It would be great to have the ability to zoom xd's user interface. i reccently switched to a 4K Monitor and its really hard to read the texts and recognize elements on the left and right-sided UI-panels.Thanks and keep up your great work!

Samsung Galaxy S10 (Artboard) should be in the Welcome Screen as a preset
I'm not sure if this is an intended thing or a bug, but why I can't find (Samsung Galaxy S10 artboard) in home artboard choices while I can find it when I press (A) shortcut inside a project.

Enterprise license for infrequent collaborative design events
We hold design events early in the design process where non-designers and designers real-time co-edit a file. This takes up at most 4 days a year for a non-designer. After that step, designers pick up the design file to continue iterating, and the non-designers don't usually touch it again.
Right now, we use Balsamiq Cloud, which has an enterprise license model where there's a limit on the number of active projects, but the number of collaborators is unlimited. This works really well for these design events (not to mention being browser-based means an appropriately small setup time for 4-times-a-year use).

Ensure text in text edit mode does not jump
In edit mode, the text moves up slightly. Difficult to align!

Copy and share web links from XD cloud docs to other team members (after inviting)
Having different versions of documents can get confusing, so it would be great if you could copy the url link to a shared cloud doc (much like the one the person gets when they are invited to the file). I can currently send them a link to my file on my web creative cloud, but it downloads the document as a local file.
Basically it would be nice to send out an email that linked to each XD file so that the person knew they were opening the right file. We've been having a lot of version control issues. Powerpoint…

Enable account switching
Allow for switching accounts. I work for a company full time and do freelance work as well. Some of my clients require me to use an Adobe account owned by the company. It would be nice to have a simple switch account option versus sign out sign in.

Be able to select which MIC to use when recording desktop preview.
When recording a preview (within desktop preveiw) it would be nice to select or at least know which Mic is being used if you have more than one. This is important when you have two mics one which is far superior than the other. Please Note that this response was after the chat support suggested to raise it

Drag and Drop Files into Xds File-System
I just downloaded the Apple Files for iOS and wanted to upload them into Xds Cloud Space so I can use them whenever I want. It seems I can't drag anything into the cloud-document area. Same when I use the Creative Cloud App. I can create folders like crazy but no way to add files via Drag and Drop. Am I missing something here?

Search for shared documents in the cloud
When I type in my search, I only find results in my own documents, but not in the ones that were shared with me.
Please make it possible to search in those files. It's really annoying when you work in a team and have to scroll endlessly to find the file from your colleague.15 votes -
Design Team Analytics
I wish XD would follow Invision's lead in providing analytics about how many prototypes we have, how often they're being updated, how many comments they have, how many collaborators there are, who is creating prototypes, how many screens are in each prototype, when they were last updated, etc.
I've attached a screenshot to show how DOMO is using the prototype analytics data they are receiving from Invision.

The 2 save - save and save local are awful. Let me set my preference and be done with it or just give me one save and let me choose.

Bring back Cloud documents filter 'Date Created' option
Not sure why Xd has completely erased the option to view and open cloud documents by 'Date Created'?
The filter function has changed to "Date Modified' which is pretty redundant as the 'Home' tab has a selection of recent files that have been worked on for quick access.
I have 100's of cloud documents and was tracking the progress/development of projects and design experiments by quickly scanning the file list from the creation dates.
Now when you even open a cloud document (without even making any changes) it automatically moves to the top of the list.
Is anyone else annoyed…

Widen the column for document name in cloud documents list
The current file browser is far too small, it's difficult to browse and differentiate from my files as I tend to put the client name at the start of the file name. Please make the window bigger or allow us to resize it.

Record prototype with cursor and not circular pointer
Minor request - I am mocking up a lot of desktop prototypes and recording user journeys using adobe XD screen record to send to stakeholders.
I find the pointer device is too big for previewing desktop designs and I have to explain to stakeholders this is not how it would appear in desktop browser.
I understand that on mobile a representation of a fingertip is best - would be good to be able to change or adjust this for better presentation of screen recordings.

Duplicate CC library file
I have a CC library. I would like to iterate on it and create a new version of this library and keep the old as v1 for example. Doesn't seem to be a way that I can see where I can duplicated and rename a library file.
