Adobe XD can help a lot of people working with front end, but, also including a UML 2.0 modeler, they would be helping even more IT professionals, being able to design and create many things directly with Adobe applications.

I work a lot with icons from icons8, i know they have a desktop app that we can use to throw our icons in xd, but a plugin could give US there hybrid solution that only works in web that let us select a icon and edit the same icon creating overlay or other nice effects

It would be amazing if we could export a project into HTML AND CSS. I know there is already the Plugin WebExport but it doesnt do CSS as well

this plugin allow the designer to import an excel sheet and the plugin will convert it to an editable thing in XD.
also, I can change table colors, font, font size, etc. and after that, it will be applied to the design

It would be nice to be able to arrange and Re-arrange the downloaded plugins in the dashboard. For example when i am specifically working on importing and exporting asset properties for Flutter or other code generator if i cud arrange all of my Flutter plugins in a row one by one that would be helpful for work flow. or if i would like to arrange my plugins by swatches and palettes, content generator ,code generator etc. would help speed up workflow. would be nice to tag and filter as well

Baseliner - Spacing Issue while using text/ typography in XD

Require baseliner plugin its a crome extension.
This helps while designing since XD has some weird / dramatic bounding box while using text / typography.

Main issue is spacing. Due to that bounding box around text take so much of space that it becomes difficult for developer to avail exact values from XD File.

What's the point of having developer link if your spacing ain't correct due to bounding box.

It's pointless to grab each text box & manually match the spacing.

is there any plugin to translate to arabic
or make rtl to the design ?

It would be useful to be able to quickly apply a rainbow gradient pattern to a selected shape, rather than manually assigning it each time. Perhaps a keystroke to apply it too?
