  1. I saw you recently embedding third-party support (like Zeppelin) and I was wondering if you have "Haiku" on the screen.

I think that their strategy, to do animations and export them directly in any code is fantastic and it would be great if you could import XD-Files directly (like they do with Sketch right now).

  2. Hi there! I'm excited with this tool from you.
I came here to suggest few things base in actual ideas going on.

I'm a React Native user. I'm pretty excited with RN too. And I would be glad to merge RN with Xd.

For RN we have few tools (IDE) like Deco IDE (just MAC...) and exponent. Deco is very interesting and Xd could overcome it.

I think create UI inside Xd and transform the it's layers into React native tags would be the simplest way. Adobe XD would not be affected just creanting a kind of "react export". These…

  3. In Sketch 3 I can just drag n drop any SVG from browser (e.g. from http://www.flaticon.com ). But I can't do it in XD. Instead now I have to download file on my computer, than find this and drag file from Finder.

  4. Title speaks for itself. I realize this is a feature request that should be forwarded to the framer.js team as well. An alternate solution would be scripting support with coffeescript or jquery.

  5. Feature request - ability to import canvases, SVG animations, PNG sequences, and basic interactivity from PaintCode App (by PixelCut.com). Visual animation enabling PNG sequences would be valuable for iOS prototyping Xcode / Swift.

  6. If i create an artboard in photoshop, illustrator, etc i should be able to import those artboards into XD without having to access the original file to make edits such as text changes, images swaps, vector shape edits...

also, i should be able to use animations from flash/after effects to bring in loading screens, sliders, reveals, popups, etc that work within XD (and iphone)

  7. I would like Adobe XD to be able to export/sync to InVision to support "Motion".

"Motion" is a closed beta at Invision that supports micro animations/interactions – similar functionality to what thirdparty apps/services like Atomic, Marvel and Flinto has to offer.

By enabling Adobe XD to export its assets to Invision in such a way that "Motion" inside InVision can be applied to the XD wireframes/prototypes/designs inside InVision.

Preferably XD export to InVision should support sync, perhaps via Dropbox.

PS. For the long run XD could add "Motion" functionality inside XD and thus reverse sync the motions from Invision "Motion"…

  9. Would love to see an integration with Adobe Illustrator Symbols!
Will give the users an easier way to work and export directly from AI symbol panel

  10. Hi there,

I generally like to have the Adobe softwares configured on gaming equipment such as mouse and keyboard with macro buttons. This really makes working on them faster.

Adobe Xd, since it is attached to an inaccessible file in WindowsApp, doesn't have that. This would be great if you consider having the .exe file somewhere else (this is probably naive of me to think that).

Anyhow, I like Xd so far but this puts me off since using macros is generally how I work best :/ (having most of what I need on my mouse for instance)

    All the…

  11. I'm not what most would consider a Pro user but I've always loved and supported Adobe's application integration (the 'edit with' submenu, smart object, linked item, etc.) So maybe a nice implementation with the eventual integrations with 'send to Muse', or 'convert to Illustrator artboards', etc. might be:

Upon importing an asset or making a symbol, since these may be simply placeholders for actual assets, would be to have the ability to give them a definition of 'type'. This could be a variety of things but if you're prototyping a spot for a carousel but the content isn't yet made…

  12. Have the possibilities to add some 360° videos would be interessant because nowadays this kind of videos are everywhere and give a lot of dynamic to your project. Then if we can have a VR mode on the futur video player, xd should be an entire soft.

  13. It would be great to simply import psd files into XD through either 'file // import PSD', or, in photoshop, 'file // export to XD', without having to rework the files.

An example for this would be a user that is designing an app in photoshop and has around 15 artboards. It would be great if the user could simply import each artboard into XD to create a wireframe to show a client / colleague, whilst also continue to make amends to the artboards in photoshop.

This could involve having some kind of Dynamic link between Photoshop and XD, so…

  16. I've started using XD for eLearning development so that I can show our indian team exactly what we need. If I could give them the XD file and they could open it in Captivate that would be SO useful and cost effective.

  17. Would like XD to work with InDesign in much the same manner that AI and PSD files do. This might be more of a feature request for InDesign however I imagine they both play a role in working together.

Ultimately, in order for a design to be implemented correctly, we need to provide a detailed UI specification for engineering. This specification is often worked on by interaction and visual designers which is part of what makes InDesign an ideal solution for us.

The prototyping functionality is great for communicating how a design could work, but we still need an accompanying…

  18. I’d love to build tools that parse the .xd file format, but I haven’t been able to find an official .xd spec anywhere. Does this exist? If not, can it? I don’t mind if the spec changes frequently; that’s the pain of being an early adopter.

  19. We have many non-design stakeholders who need to provide input into designs and workflows. Oftentimes the easiest way to communicate with them is through a simple presentation.

It would be great if we could export our workflows/canvases into a PPT slide deck that we could annotate - with the interactions and linkages (mostly) auto-annotated in the slide's speaker notes and with the slide order (basically) being the top-down user flow.
