Export interactive prototype as native mobile app (iOS, Android)
Hi,
I'm Head of Brand Management in a marketing department. And more and more often we need to make a simple app to our colleagues in sales. Very simple functionality but vital information. The problem is that our development department do not have time and recourses to help us doing the coding for us.
So basically my suggestions is quite simple: Why can't Adobe XD have a export or build function like nativ.com or Appy Pie where you can build an app without coding. I do my designs in XD, Photoshop etc. and I have a licens for Adobe CC but I need to go to development and have them to do the coding. And if they dont have the time I'm lost.
So please consider to implement function like this - that would be great
All the best/Jean

I concur that this would be a great feature. You've got a tool here that is begging to be used for museum and retail exhibits, training applications...the list is endless. XD has impressed my students more than just about anything I've shown them in the last two years. The potential it offers is enormous.

Yes basically - to both questions
I would like XD to export simple code for interactivity like slide functions between screens. Fx the app could consists pictures with text/info made in Photoshop - and then an simple slide function between the pictures so it actually works when I export it. That way we will be able to make an app our sales guys can have on there phone. I dosent have to go throug App store or Google play....
I have looked at Framer and it looks pretty nice - but again I'n no code-person. But I need the interactivity :-) -

I think this request is more in line with your 1st assumption.
Just export the prototype as a a compiled native app. Much like Marvel from Google.I think it would work better than going over the online prototypes - especially for enterprise scenarios, like mine, where we cannot use UX online prototypes

I think this feature could be the next big step. You won't need Developers anymore for simple apps. Just think about how much influence this would have. Adobe you should really get started working on this.
