Hi All! Check out today's update of XD. It is version 47 and includes the ability to make any object a hyperlink. To use hyperlinks:


1. Go to Prototype mode

2. Select an object and add an interaction.

3. Choose a trigger like Tap.

4. Choose the action Hyperlink.

5. Add a destination URL.

    really shocked that this is not doable in XD.......having Anima be the solution is not a solution. Costs money and abstracts the collaboration features of XD.

    This feature isn't hard to implement. It can't be. What is the hold up folks?
    Its soooo essential in prototypes to have links out to a clients social media instances and such.

    After 5 years of waiting for this basic feature, can someone from Adobe give me been the slightest indication when this might be available?

    If not, I guess it's time to move to another platform.

    Yikes! Completely shocked that "ADD HYPERLINK" is not available... Digging around, there appears to be a plug in "Anima" that does allow more robust prototyping development, however; not really interesting in experimenting with adding a plugin midstream with dozens of links already in place.

    This is a really essential option. Especially when referencing external sites in an xd work flow. Please can this be in the next release.. oh and thanks for the expand path update.. awesome!!
