Animate individual elements separately (custom animation transitions / microinteractions)
Support for simple animation.
Example: Show/hide a slide or push menu
This would enhance a demo and engage prospects that are familar with common application patterns.

Smooth scrolling between objects/anchors in the same artboard/page is a CRITICAL piece in illustrating user interactivity and usability! It's a must-have. Without it, a dominant web design practice that exists all over the web is completely eliminated from XD's capabilities. Please add asap.

Compared with UXPin, Adobe XD is much simpler to use, but the problem is that it doesn't have any of the interactions that UXPin has that would make it extra efficient and unbeatable. Simple things like being able to click on a box and type inside it, or interactive checkboxes, or being able to swipe a box and expand it to view other options... Please make this happen soon!! :)

After anchor point linking, this is the next most important upgrade – the improved workflow would be incredible with a massive increase in productivity. Even some simple rollover state animations for buttons and drop down menus would be a good place to start. Good luck making it work.

This is really important in order to demo features. XD is amazing, but it's missing this feature that would make XD unbeatable! Maybe it would be possible to import an animation for now? Until you guys figure out how to do in xd... It says that the feature has been in the backlog since July 11, 2016. That's over a year ago. It would be amazing if you put a team on this to make it work.
Love XD btw!Thank you!

Without that feature XD is basically useless for anything more complex. Of course you can draw beautiful pictures and create some link and basic interactions but nothing more.
You would not want to draw dozends of artboards just to mock basic interactions. Compare with Axure or UXPin.

This would be amazing, I wish (and had hoped) that animation similar to the circle_menu.gif example was a current possibility within XD.
I cannot stress, how cool such a feature would be!

This feature needs to be added as a part of work flow. For example it will be great to have a work flow like so Design > Interact (Micro-interaction and animation) > Prototype

Being able to show sliders, carousels etc in action is a real necessity – as are other rollover microinteractions such as colour changes, or small increases in size. Accordions, tabs, toggles etc are all fundamental elements of digital experience design so they need to be very easily replicated. If XD can nail this it wins wireframing and prototyping hands down.

Add micro level interaction . Similar to axure dynamic panel or like movieclip in flash. This will give better control and eliminate unnessary creation of additional artboards.
Example: showing and hiding contents like read more or hide content -

Please add this feature. Now that invision is going to bring this feature in their invision studio in Jan 2018, Its high time XD brings this in. Its the only feature missing out which will make XD the ultimate designing tool.
P.S - I'm really happy that XD and Zeplin are working together to integrate Zeplin into XD.

Need to update Animated Transitions, Gestures, Micro-Interactions, Sound Effects like flinto app.

Please add micro-interactions, since for showing simple notifications for the user actions, it's really time-consuming to make complete page transitions rather than a layer/objects transitions.

This is a make or break feature. Now that XD is no longer in beta, it is not worth purchasing without it.

Please add a timeline or something similar to be able to animate stage objects. Check 'Principle' software and copy what they are doing or make it better

Better option is to have like in Principle, with timeline. I don't like the Flinto way.

If Adobe will have it in XD, then they will win the whole internet :)

this feature is HUGE. When will it be complete? Without it there a very limited benefit to prototyping in this tool.
I must be able to animate transitions of individual elements (micro interactions) and timed events. Flash was bad ass at this, and now its dead... just take its timeline animator and plug that in... done, youre welcome;)
